Habitat for Humanity Blog

I am so excited and proud to have been featured in the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity blog!

I started working with Habitat for Humanity ten years ago in Costa Rica through their Global Village program. That was a life-changing experience. In recent years, I have been more involved locally, including doing a local build as part of my birthday celebration for the past three years.

The Habitat blog talks about my birthday builds and hopes to inspire others to celebrate their birthdays with a build too. You don't need any skills and it's easy to coordinate. It's serious fun and deeply fulfilling! I'd highly recommend it.
