How does the process start?
An initial 30-minute phone consultation will be offered at no charge. This time is used for us to start to get to know each other, and to help me gain an understanding of how you work best, what your challenges are, and what your overall goals are. We will also discuss fees and timing.
What will the sessions be like?
Sessions will vary based on what the project is, but should follow a general pattern. We will always work together to sort through what will stay and what will go. Then we will develop a system to keep you organized in the future and put it into place.

What if I am too embarrassed?
My goal is to improve the quality of your life, not to judge your life. You will always be treated with respect and patience.
What if I do not want to get rid of all of my stuff?
All of the decisions made on what stays and what goes will be made by you. While you may be challenged at times about what you are keeping, you will never be forced to get rid of anything. The goal is to get you organized and feeling great. It is possible to have the “right” amount of stuff, but still be unorganized.
What if I worked with a professional organizer before and I didn’t stay organized?
I will work with you to find a solution that works with how you work. If you find that the system is not working for you down the road, then we will make adjustments until we find what will work. Having said that, though, there is a level of commitment that is required from you too.
How long will each session be?
Most projects will require a minimum of 3 hours per session, but this may vary.
How much will this cost?
The cost will vary based on the project and cannot be quoted until the scope of the project has been determined. Professional organizer rates in Minnesota range from $40 to $200 per hour. For residential services, my fees are in the lower portion of that range and the rate per hour goes down as the project size goes up.
What if I do not think that I can afford this?
Being disorganized can cost you more financially and emotionally than you realize. Being organized can free up not only your time, but also your money. This should be viewed as an investment in the quality of your life!
Do you have any discounts available?
Yes! I offer tiered pricing so the bigger the project, the bigger the discount. Plus, I will further discount your price if you commit to the hours upfront. I also offer a referral discount for each new client you refer to me!
When do I have to pay?
Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due at the end of each session.
